RFI file is a BlackBerry Email Filter. The BlackBerry email filter file is used by the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for saving email filters or loading saved filters into the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The email filters determine which email messages are forwarded from a system running the BlackBerry Redirector to a BlackBerry phone.
